1) Acceptance

By using the builder and contest you agree to these Terms.

2) Your content & rights

• You’re responsible for what you submit. You represent you own or have permission to use all content in your entry.
• You retain ownership. You grant Rebel Ants LLC a non‑exclusive, worldwide, royalty‑free license to host, display, crop/resize, and share your entry to operate and promote the contest and winners.

3) Acceptable use

• No illegal content, harassment, hate, sexual content involving minors, or doxxing.
• No malware, scraping, or attempts to overload or break the site.
• No IP infringement or deceptive content.

4) Voting integrity

• Our UI limits one reaction per emoji per device/browser per entry. We monitor for obvious abuse and may adjust or remove fraudulent votes.
• We may disqualify entries for rule violations or manipulation. See the Moderation Policy.

5) Prizes

• Prizes vary by contest and will be announced with each round. Examples: crypto/NFTs, merchandise, or recognition only.
• Winners may be asked for a wallet or shipping address. You’re responsible for any taxes/fees and for providing accurate delivery details.

6) Third‑party services

We rely on third parties (e.g., hosting/storage). They provide services “as is”.

7) Disclaimer & limitation

The builder and contest are provided “as is” without warranties. To the extent allowed by law, we’re not liable for indirect or incidental damages.

8) Termination

We may remove content or restrict access if you violate these Terms or for safety/security.

9) Changes & contact

We may update these Terms; the date above will change when we do.
